### Suno AI Music Generation Chord Usage Guide

1. **Header Chord Tags are Not Effective**
   - Using tags like [Verse 1] [Female Vocal] [Soft] [Em G D C] will not preserve the chord progression. Suno keeps the key (E minor) but changes the chords.
   - It's recommended not to rely on header tags for specifying chord progressions.

2. **Inline Chords are Effective**
   - Specify chords at the beginning of each line using brackets, e.g., [Bm] WATCH, the [C#dim] RAIN
   - Suno will follow this progression and even use chords outside the key.

3. **Usage Recommendations**
   - Specify a chord for every line; don't leave lines empty or Suno will choose its own chords.
   - Avoid holding one chord for an entire line; use two chords per line with the second chord before the stressed word.
   - Use diminished chords to create musical tension, e.g., C#dim to F#.
   - Experiment with chords outside the key to create unique musical effects.

4. **Key Change Technique**
   - Place the dominant chord of the new key on the last word of the first chorus, then write verse 2 in the new key.
   - In the style prompt, only specify the new key's tonic, e.g., "A minor."
